PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT – PRINCIPLES

Personal data collected by Quinta da Bouça – Agroturismo is treated in accordance with the principles legally applicable and according to their purpose, not being given any other use.

All data is processed in a licit and transparent manner, based on consent. We only collect the data necessary and appropriate for the purpose.

All personal data is treated with security guarantees and is protected from unlawful access, loss or destruction, and accessed only by those responsible for the purpose for which they were collected.

RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT

Quinta da Bouça – Agroturismo is responsible for the treatment of your personal data, by automated means or not, from its collection, organization, conservation to elimination.

We know and comply with the rules established for the processing of personal data, namely in the General Data Protection, and any other Portuguese legislation applicable to it.

PURPOSE AND FUNDAMENT

For the purpose of reservation’s contractual confirmation, the requested personal data are necessary and mandatory for the fulfillment of legal, commercial and fiscal obligations.

For the purpose of marketing communication of products and services, the contact personal data (email, address or telephone) is requested but subject to the consent of its owner.

Personal data will only be used for the purposes indicated above. No data will be transmitted to third parties, nor will they be used for purposes other than those for which we have been given consent.

CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected for contractual and tax purposes is kept during the period established by its own legislation – after which it will be eliminated.

Data collected for marketing communication purposes is kept if consent is given until the holder decides to withdraw their consent – after which it will be deleted.

OWNERS RIGHTS

The owners of the personal data have, whenever they want and for free, the right of Access, Rectification, Oblivion, Limitation, Opposition and Portability.

It should be noted, however, that as there are legally imposed norms and obligations that overlap these rights, Quinta da Bouça – Agroturismo can refuse the request from the data owner, clearly justifying it.

If the holder considers that his data is not being processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, namely the European and the national law, we remind you that you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – National Data Protection Commission.
